Yesterday was one of those days. It started early, i think it was about 4am and ended a little after 1am this morning. Phew! Yesterday was all about transferring the non pro tools audio and setting up ready to go mix. We are under the gun here as the track has to go to mastering tonight. But we love it like that. Copious amounts of coffee and tea, and no beer, the only downside on a Beatless mix :)

As promised, an update....
Yesterday was a long but very staisfying day. We edited and bounced down into stereo all the backup vocals we did on the weekend. They sound nothing short of 'Lush', and i'm not talking alcohol consumption here  Paul and Mick blended very well together, frequency wise. That done, we started editing the piano and string arrangements and began editing and submixing the drum parts.All in all a long but very satisfying day!More tomorrow........Njoy!! ... Read More

Well it's Monday August 11th, just another ordinary day or another very special day in the rollercoaster that is the Beatless and "The Hello Man"? 
My vote says another very special day. Today we start to edit the background vocals and pre-mix. As the lyric goes, 'He was born on a monday, died on a friday'.
