The Hello Man Mixed and Mastered
Hi Gang, As promised, here's the update on the mix. We are done, we got the mastered track back from The Cutting Room NYC today! Apparently Paul loved it and Mick had trouser issues lol The roller coaster continues... We sent the track today to the Britsound Radio Show at WPU and they loved it. The Hello Man,it's Mix Time!
Yesterday was one of those days. It started early, i think it was about 4am and ended a little after 1am this morning. Phew! Yesterday was all about transferring the non pro tools audio and setting up ready to go mix. We are under the gun here as the track has to go to mastering tonight. But we love it like that. The Beatless "Hello Man" Update....
As promised, an update.... Yesterday was a long but very staisfying day. We edited and bounced down into stereo all the backup vocals we did on the weekend. They sound nothing short of 'Lush', and i'm not talking alcohol consumption here Paul and Mick blended very well together, frequency wise. That done, we started editing the piano and string arrangements and began editing and submixing the drum parts.All in all a long but very satisfying day!More tomorrow........Njoy!! ... Read More
